Donna M. Mastromatteo

Donna M. Mastromatteo started with the company in 1985 as a secretary and in the following 8 years she was promoted from secretary to inside sales, office manager and outside sales. Donna handles inside pump sales including technical assistance as well as her current role as Vice President where she oversees the day to day management of the business.

Since 1989 Donna has been the company’s Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors. Donna has attended various pump manufacturer schools including the Peerless Industrial Pump School/Indianapolis, IN, Gorman-Rupp Industrial/Commercial Pump School and Rotary Gear Pump School/Mansfield, OH, AST Seal School/Dallas, TX and Grundfos Pump School/Old Saybrook, CT.

Donna says “my technical knowledge has come from hands on experience in the business over the last 25 years. Also, I feel working in the field during my time as outside sales has been more pump education than I could have learned from a book.”
